Onboarding Process Flow for Individual / Organisation Users - Asset Creators

Program Management
- Prioritise and select at most 3 customers for the customer onboarding Support which needs handholding from Vantr Engineering.
- Liaise with Sales to schedule meeting in Calendar on every Saturday for onboarding support.
Engineering Support is available on every Saturday / three slots as mentioned below:
- 09:00 AM IST - 10:00 AM IST
- 10:30 AM IST - 11:30 AM IST
- 12:00 PM IST - 01:30 PM IST
3. Raise a Customer onboarding Support Request using this form

Following are the mandate details to be filled:
1. Customer Name
2. Customer Email
3. Customer Onboarding Type - Individual / Organisation
4. Meeting Invite to join
5. Sales Representative should be present in the meeting along with Customer Support Engineer
This request will notify Vantr Support Team to be available on Saturdays for Customer onboarding Support.
The requests which are raised on or before Thursday of the week will only be served on that Week's Saturday.
Please note that, this process is applicable only if you need handholding support from Engineering rather than using the DIY Documentation.
Engineering Support
- Once the Support request is raised, Customer Support Engineer will publish the list of customers onboarding planned for the Week Saturday to all stakeholders ( Sales ,Program Management, Vantr Scrum Team )
- Customer Support Engineer will join the meeting link and ensure customer is onboarded smoothly to our Vantr Platform
- Customer Support Engineer will publish the Customer onboarding status to all stakeholders ( Sales, Program Management, Vantr Scrum Team )

- Priorize when to pick whitelabelled Solution Engineering work
- Flag Off to kickstart Sprint
Engineering
- Sign Off Requirements / Features
- Environment set up, Develop, Integrate and Test
- Delivery Timeline - 3 Weeks (2 Weeks for Environment set up, Porting, Configuration, Development + 1 week for Testing and Production Bring up) for 4 resources
