  1. Engineering Support is available on every Saturday / three slots as mentioned below:
        - 09:00 AM IST - 10:00 AM IST
        - 10:30 AM IST - 11:30 AM IST
       - 12:00 PM IST - 01:30 PM IST
  2. Following are the mandate details to be filled:
    1. Customer Name
    2. Customer Email
    3. Customer Onboarding Type - Individual / Organisation
    4. Meeting Invite to join
    5. Sales Representative should be present in the meeting along with Customer Support Engineer
  3. Please note that, this process is applicable only if you need handholding support from Engineering rather than using the DIY Documentation.
  4. Once the Support request is raised, Customer Support Engineer will publish the list of customers onboarding planned for the Week Saturday to all stakeholders ( Sales ,Program Management, Vantr Scrum Team )
  5. Customer Support Engineer will join the meeting link and ensure customer is onboarded smoothly to our Vantr Platform
  6. Customer Support Engineer will publish the Customer onboarding status to all stakeholders ( Sales, Program Management, Vantr Scrum Team )
